- Masukkan milo dan coklat bubuk kedalam adonan, aduk terus hingga semua bahan larut dan tidak menggumpal.
- Sisihkan dan diamkan adonan, jika sudah dingin tuangkan ke dalam tempat dan masukkan ke dalam freezer, kemudian diamkan selama kurang lebih 8 jam.
- Setelah 8 jam keluarkan adonan, tambahkan sp kemudian di mixer selama 30-40 menit dengan kecepatan yg paling tinggi hingga mengembang.
- Jika adonan sudah menjadi seperti ini (halus dan mengembang) maka adonan sudah siap untuk dibekukan.
- Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan/ cup ice cream, Lalu tambahkan topping sesuai selera(saya pakai chocochips) kemudian masukkan kembali ke dalam freezer dan siap untuk dikonsumsi 😋.
