- Anda Membutuhkan 500 ml untuk susu fullcream.
- Siapkan 2 sachet untuk milo.

- Anda perlu 5 sdm untuk gula pasir (sesuai selera).
- Anda perlu 1 sdm untuk emulsifier/SP.
- Siapkan secukupnya untuk Cochocips.

- Siapkan bahan bahannya..
- Panaskan susu, dengan api sedang. Tambahkan 4-5 sdm gula pasir.
- Tuangkan krimer kental manis, milo, dan maizena yg telah dicairkan dengan susu yg dipanaskan tadi. Aduk trs agar tidak menggumpal.
- Jika sudah mulai mengental, angkat masukan kewadah dengan disaring terlebih dahulu.
- Masukan ke dalam kulkas selama 25-30. Kira-kira sampai mengeras.
- Setelah mengeras, masukan kedalam wadah besar. Dan tambahkan emulsifier/SP sebanyak 1 sdm..
- Blend selama 20-25 menit sampai mengembang dan mengental. Tuangkan kedalam cup, dan taburkan cochocips.
