- Icing Sugar: mixer putih telur smpai berbusa, masukan gula halus bertahap, kocok trus sampai kental, lalu masukan perasan lemon, mixer sampai kekentalan yg di inginkan. Bagi menjadi bbrp warna yg di inginkan. Masukan piping bag, hias cookies tsb. (kurleb 5 menitan akan mengeras sendiri, jd ga perlu dipanggang lagi).
